Vickie...I used different sources for the Registers... so I cannot tell you
without some looking why the Pepperell Register and Littleton Register do
not agree. But when there are two sources I usually put both people and let
the reader figure it out. Betty or Elizabeth was not the mother of Henry
Wood's children, perhaps it was not as significant, unless you found
children by the second wife. I would be inclined to accept the Woods book
since this was edited closer to that time. I looked up the manuscript and
it certainly says Elizabeth Taylor Rogers. Will put it on my list to
reconcile.
