Hi Listers, Yesterday I received, from the Columbia County Historical
Society in Kinderhook, NY., several pages of data,that I had requested
persuant to my search for my 3xggrandfather, John Smith. I was of
course, delighted and there are some good clues for me but there is also
a LOT of data on the CROCKER surname, which is of minor importance in my
own research. However, it could be very important to anyone researching
the CROCKER name. Most of this family lived in western MA and eastern NY
and the time period is from late 1700's to the 1800's. I would be happy
to share this info with anyone interested. Please email me privately and
give me a little time. Most of the information is in handwriting and a
little difficult to read. Margaret in NV
