I have a web site on the History of Marlborough, Massachusetts which has
the surname you are researching. It includes vital records, genealogies,
cemetery inscriptions, Revolutionary and Civil War Soldier lists, early
(1660 ) records, early documents and more. There are approximately 30+
surnames which settled in Marlborough and intermarried. The following
surnames are included:

AMSDEN, ARNOLD, AXTELL, BANISTER, BARNARD, BARNES, BENT, BENDER, BIGELOW,
BOWKER, BRIGHAM, EAGER, EAMES (AMES), FAY, FELTON, GLEASON, GOODALE,
GOODENOW, HAGER, HAPGOOD, HOWE (HOW), HUDSON, JOHNSON, KERLY, MAYNARD,
MORSE, NEWTON, RICE, STOW, WARD and WOOD. There is also other info on
other surnames.

The site is

Check it out.
