Dear List,

I am searching for a marriage record but I have very little info to go on.
I am emailing this list since it covers the three states likely involved:
Massachusetts, Vermont, New York.

Ira MUNSELL, b 1790 VT to (Sarah) Vilaty (Letitia) UNKNOWN, b 1790 MA
married 1808 - 1818 prob MA, VT, or NY.

I *hypothesize they were married in VT*, since most migration occurred
from MA -> VT rather than the reverse. The counties of birth of either
one are unknown. I estimate their marriage to be between 1808 (they would
be 18 then) and 1818 (year of birth of first child somewhere in NY). This
span is an educated guess.

If anyone has the time and resources to try to look this up I am grateful
for the effort. I am trying to find the origins of these two, my
G3Grandparents.

Variant spellings of MUNSELL include: MUNSEL, MUNSELLE, MONCEL(L),
MONCIL(L), MONSIL(L), MUNCIL(L), MUNSIL(L), and sometimes, MANCEL(L).

I know this is a lot of research to ask, so thanks VERY MUCH in advance.
