Hi TJ:
First of all Blackstone didn't become Blackstone until 1845 when it was
separated from Mendon. I checked the Vital Records of Mendon, Blackstone
Marriages, and the Vital Records of Wrentham, Franklin, Milford, and
Bellingham. I also checked in the History of Milford, MA by Ballou and
nothing there for Otis. You might want to try RI.
