do you have a copy of this will, is there a family bible in this will,
can you tell me the walker history in the 1600's. I would need to know
where joseph walker was born and the dates.
I would like to get a copy his his will does anyone know if they know a
person who can make the copy at the court house for me for the will of
joseph walker.
i need copies of the guardenship papers
i need copy of the administration also for my ancestors
joseph walker son was joseph walker jr. and he married lydia olds.
joseph walker died in1810

Joseph Walker of Brookfield, husbandman, made a will 19 April, 1755, which
was proved Feb., 1756 (Worcester Probate). He named wife Susannah, sons
Reuben, Joseph, John, Oliver; six daughters, Abigail, Priscilla, Lucy, Sarah,
Susannah, Mary, of whom Abigail, Lucy and Priscilla have had their portions.
In the inventory
the west by old line of Devonshire street 73 feet, and south by Water street
18 feet.
Could this be an uncle of your Joseph? Or, could he have married twice?
Also, on the spelling of her name watch for Whitcher, Whittier, etc. they
may have mangled the spelling in her last name.
There was an early Walker family in the 1600s in the early settlement of
Sudbury MA. That would have placed Brookfield about 30 miles from the area
of Brookfield;
