This is my continuing work on the Deeds from the Mullein Hill Church,
Lakeville, MA.

This deed is from 1942. This is another deed, which conveys all of the land
EXCEPT the Church and Cemetery. This Deed is from Olof M. SWANSON & Hannah
S. SWANSON to John H. EGGER, Jr. & Milton W. EGGER. Although this includes
all BUT the Church & Cemetery, it is part of the history of the church.
There is also a second item, in which the EGGERs take on a mortgage by the
SWANSONs.
