This is continuing work on the Mullein Hill Church, Lakeville, MA.

The next item is another deed. This is from the Plymouth Registry of Deeds,
Book 3311, Page 142.

DEED

MULLEIN HILL BAPTIST CHURCH, a corporation duly established under the laws of
the Commonwealth of Massachusetts formerly know [sic] as the MULLEIN HILL
BAPTIST CHURCH OF LAKEVILLE, and also formerly known as CHRISTIAN SOCIETY OF
MIDDLEBORO, Plymouth County, Massachusetts, for consideration paid, grants to
JOHN H. EGGER and MILTON W. EGGER both of said Lakeville with quitclaim
covenants.

The land with the building thereon known as MULLEIN HILL MEETING HOUSE
situated in Lakeville in the County of Plymouth and being part of the
homestead farm formerly of SAMUEL ROBBINS and bounded as follows:

Beginning on the road at the corner of land formerly of Gideon Cogshall and
running on said road South, Sixty-four degrees West, fifteen and one half
rods;

Thence, North thirty-one (31) degrees West on land formerly of said Robbins
to a stake eight (8) rods;

Thence, North sixty-four (64) degrees East on land formerly of said Robbins,
fourteen and one half (14 ½ ) rods to a stake;

Thence, South thirty-nine (39) degrees East, eight (8) rods on land formerly
of said Robbins and land formerly of said Cogshall to the first mentioned
corner, containing one hundred and twenty (120) rods.

For title of said Corporation, reference is hereby made to decree of Plymouth
County Superior Court duly recorded with Plymouth County Registry of Deeds of
June 14, 1956 in Book 2503, Page 500.

Consideration for this deed is such that no revenue stamps are required.

In witness whereof, the said MULLEIN HILL BAPTIST CHURCH has caused its
corporate seal to be hereto affixed and these presents to be signed,
acknowledged and delivered in its name and behalf by John Macomber hereto
duly authorized, this 20th day of May in the year one thousand nine hundred
and sixty-six.

Signed and sealed in presence of MULLEIN HILL BAPTIST CHURCH by John Macomber.

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Plymouth Ss. May 20, 1966.

Then personally appeared the above named John Macomber and acknowledged the
foregoing instrument to be the free act and deed of the MULLEIN HILL BAPTIST
CHURCH before me,
