This is my continuing work on the Mullein Hill Church in Lakeville, MA.

This is the next deed, found in the Plymouth Deed Registry, Book 3753, Pg.
672. The deed is from Helen Ruth EGGER to Mullein Hill Baptist Church on
2/18/1972.

Deed

I, Helen Ruth Egger, Administrix of the estate of Milton Wesley Egger, by
power conferred by license to sell of the Plymouth County Probate Court
Docket #105,182, dated January 27, 1972 and every other power, for one
($1.00) Dollars paid, grant to Mullein Hill Baptist Church, a corporation
duly organized and established under the laws of the Commonwealth of
Massachusetts, paying its usual place of business in Lakeville, Plymouth
County, Massachusetts

An undivided half interest in certain real estate situated in Lakeville, in
the County of Plymouth, bounded and described as follows: [I've used "d" for
degrees, " ' " for minutes. The word "feet" is written out, not used as " '
" for minutes.]

Beginning at a point in the north sideline of Highland Road, which point is
North 71 d 42' East, 59.24 feet from the beginning of a curve with a radius
of 1045 feet; thence, by land now or formerly of John and Milton Egger, the
following three courses:

NORTH 18 d 18' WEST, 157.00 feet;

NORTH 42 d 28' EAST, 105.25 feet;

NORTH 70 d 01 EAST, 103.65 feet; thence partly by land of said Egger and
partly by the east line of the Church Cemetery Lot;

SOUTH 26 d 22' EAST, 213.3 feet to the north sideline of Highland Road at a
point which is South 71d42' West, 8.35 feet from a granite highway bound;
thence

SOUTH 71 d 42' WEST, 225.5 feet by said Highland Road to the point of
beginning.

For title reference may be had to Deed of Mullein Hill Baptist Church to
Milton W. Egger et al recorded with Plymouth County Registry of Deeds, Book
3311, Page 142.
