I ordered a Civil War Pension File once when they were $10.00. Waited three
months with nothing but $10.00 Charge on my MC. Found them online,sent
severral messages,always answrered by different people. Finally sent E-mail
to Chief of Unit and had papers within a few days. If they were sent
previously they had to get lost in mail. Was happy with data and eventual
curtesy of Chief.
