MRS. EMMA HANNINEN

GARDNER - Mrs. Emma (Heino) Hanninen, 73, died yesterday in Gardner State
Hospital after a long illness.
She was born in Finland, the daughter of Solomon and Mary Larmi. She came to
this country in 1921.
She leaves two sons, Neil J. Hanninen of this city and Herbert H. Hanninen of
Boston; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held this morning at 10 at the hospital. Burial will
be in the hospital cemetery. The Rev. Ralph C. Bailey of the First Unitarian
Church, hospital chaplain, will officiate. The Smith Funeral Home is in
charge of arrangements.
