It can also be received from another roots web subscriber when, as was this post, the reply address includes your address, the infected computer receiving the post will respond to both. roots web will block it but you will see it as a response to your post.
Rule.
1. Don't send an attachment unless you first send a note with out the attachment advising the person exactly what you are sending them.
2. Don't open any attachment unless you first verify it with the sender especially if it appears to be in response to something you just sent out. Most viruses lately will respond quickly if the infected computer is still online.
