Since I saw his name on the GenMass newsletter I'm wondering if I can
get some more info.
I have a Elizabeth Tilden born ca 1593 that married William Bassett.
Questions I have:
1) Is there any proof that Elizabeth Tilden who md Wm Bassett was
indeed daughter of Nathaniel Tilden and Lydia Hucstepe?? and that its
this Nathaniel Tilden who was passenger of Hercules???
2) according to Banks' then: is there a marriage rec for Tilden to
Thomas Lapham and then another for widow Lapham to Wm Bassett?
3) who was Wm Bassett married to first then?
4) Is this the Wm Bassett (that is married to E. Tilden) that has an
inventory in Sandwich on 8/9/1670 That was in this Deetz url?

To confuse me even more I have Wm Bassett's son Joseph (by which wife??)
married to Mary Lapham.
And then Joseph and Mary's daughter Elizabeth Bassett marries Thomas Fenton.

On the World Family Tree discs there is a lot of information on the
parents of both.
If you have these discs or know anyone who has them I think you would
want to check
them out. If not let me know your mailing adress and I will make copies
and send them to
you.
As far as I can tell the parents of William Bassett are Walter Bassett
and Cecelia Light
(Lecht).
The parents of Elizabeth Tilden are Nathaniel Tilden and Lydia Hucstepe.
There is really a lot of info on her family. They are both on several
discs and some of the
info is conflicting but the names are pretty much the same.
