Subject: [GM-L] Larry's Update

As most of you know my husband Larry had triple Aortic Aneurysm surgery on 4/23/01, and as a complication to the surgery became paralyzed from the waist down. On July 3 he will finally be able to come home. Your prayers and thoughts for us have comforted us through many heartaches and tears. I felt such tremendous love from my genealogy families, I love you all.
Larry has been proving the doctors wrong, as they said he would never have any feeling from the waist down. He has regained all of his abdomen nerves and muscles all the way down to his groin. In the past week he has regained most of the nerves and muscles in his back side, and for the first time this week he was able to feel his heparin injection which is given in his thigh. He also has deep burning sensation and muscle twitches all the way down both legs right to the tips of his toes.
The credit belongs to all the wonderful people who have kept us in their prayers. I feel a miracle is indeed happening for him, and faith in the Lord is stronger than the medicine of man.
