Just wanted to let everyone know I have used the archives multiple
times.

They have found every request. Post 1910 is I believe 11.00 takes about
a month or 14.00 for three day turn around and is sent to Dept of
Health.

Pre 1910 is 3.00 per search and is sent to the Archives. An individual
money order is requested for each cert so it can be returned if the item
isn't found. I have requested BMD certs with only year not month or day
and received them. It generally takes about a month.

In one case my ggrandfather and ggrandmother were married in a town that
eventually split off and became two towns. The marriage was recorded in
both towns and they sent the second item free. I also sent a $5 money
order in error. They mailed my cert and returned the money order with it
and asked me to send back $3.

I think they are fantastic.
