Charles Henry Pope's "Pioneers of Massachusetts" says this:
KING, KINGE
John, Sen., Weymouth, seaman, before Gen. Court 4 (10) 1638, master of a
fishing boat in 1640. Propr. He deposed 24 (4) 1657 in the Tidd case, age
about 67 years. His wife d., and he m. Dorothy, widow successively, of
____Barker and Enoch Hunt. Children Mary, b. 15 (4) 1639, Abigail b. 14 (1)
1641.
