Hi there,

I live in North Easton and most of the section of this town that I live in
were owned by the Ames Family. A lot of our schools, town hall, library,
etc were either owned or given by them. They operated a shovel shop that
was the livliehood for many towns people for many years. The Ames Free
Library in town would have much info on the AMES family as well as the
Historical Society in town.
