Hi, I am interested in your George Phillips, I have an ancestor that was
a child of
George Phillips. The one you have names would have to be an ancestor of
my
Martha Phillips b 1 June 1764, daughter of George Phillips and Susanna
Dyer Phillips (1st).
My George Phillips first appears in Virginia record's on 2 Sept. 1745,
granted 400 acres of land located in Brunswick co.Virginia, by george the
Second, King of England. Within a few months this land lay within the
newly fourmed boundaries of Lunenburg Co.
His first wife Susanna was the mother of Susanna and Robert Henry and
Martha.
His second wife was Ann Brown, dauhter of Israel and Ann Brown.
Martha Phillips b 1 June 1764, married John White, son of Joseph White,
and Elizabeth Hurt.
It would be geat to find more Phillips ancestors.
