To all the generous folks out there, I really could use some help. I am
researching the history of my house and I am at an impasse with one of the
previous owners. John T. KONDRATS purchased a parcel of land in 1958 on
Charlton Road (possibly Old Charlton Road) in Dudley Massachusetts. I have
no more information about him, and the surname Kondrats doesn't seem to be
very popular. I am not sure if it is a derivative of some other surname or
eventually had its own derivative. Any information you could help with would
be appreciated.
