In "The Complete Book of Emgrants, 1607-1660" by Peter Wilson Coldham, page
134, there is a list of the passengers who sailed on the "Elizabeth" to New
England from London under the date of 6-17 April 1635. There is no mention
of either a Gabriel Mead or William Mead on the passenger list. The citation
used by Mr. Coldham is PRO:E157/20.
