Is it possible for somebody to look up an item I have found on the FamilySearch Website please?

I am looking for information on Thomas H(enry) NATION and I believe the information is contained in the following title:

Vital Records of Chelsea, Massachusetts, to the year 1850, by Thomas Williams BALDWIN, b.1849.

The "Source Information" on the record on FamilySearch Website is:

Batch number C502061
Dates -1850
Source Call No 0874029 IT 1
Type: Film
Printout Call No NONE.

The Record for Thomas H NATION states the "Event" as
Birth: 28 Jan 1831, Chelsea, Suffolk, Massachusetts.

There are 3 items on the film number, the other 2 relate to Vital records of Leominster, Massachusetts and Vital records of Carver, Massachusetts. So as the birth says Chelsea I am narrowing my request to that item.

I am desperately seeking information on this Nation family so if anyone can assist in any way it would be appreciated. Incidentally I think the information is wrong as I have the baptism of Thomas Henry NATION in Birmingham, England in February 1831 stating he was born on 28 January 1831 so very unlikely he was born in America then the family were back in England one month later to have him Christened. He emigrated in 1867 to the Massachusetts area so suspect this is how the information has got on the records.
