I have been looking for information about Elias COOK m. Joanna PEDRICK
27-Mar-1698 in Marblehead. The VR of Marblehead shows 3 children born to
them in 1699, 1701, 1703. This morning while looking at the Lynn VRs I
found Elias COOK of Marblehead m. Abigail DILLAWAY 11-Jul-1710. The
Marblehead VRs show 2 children born to Eli and Abigail in 1712 & 1716. My
questions are Could this be my Elias? Did Joanna die prior to 1710 and Elias
remarry? I suspect that Eli is really Elias because his son Elias who
married Sarah Haynes is listed as Eli in the birth record for his son John.
I would love any suggestions on where to go from here and how to follow up
on this information.
