Does anyone visit the City Library in Springfield (220 State St.) or the
City Clerk's Office (36 Court St) on a regular basis and would be willing to
do a look up? I sent money to the City Clerk for a look at and received a
note back that they don't have the staff to do it. I'm sure they've looked
things up for me in the past? Anyway, they suggested I go to this library
and look the records up on microfilm - available for viewing only or that I
visit the City Clerk's Office in person to look up the records myself and
would have to make arrangements in advance. I live several hours away.
I'll pay for your time. Here's the look up needed:

Harriet Churchill McQuivey marriage to Victor A. King 1846. Looking for
proof of marriage and name of parents of groom. Thank you.
