Here's a shot in the dark, but let's try:
Has anyone ever heard of a small, boarding school in either Revere or East
Boston called "INGLESIDE"? My mother went there in the mid-to-late 1920s.
I have a feeling it might have been subsidized by a church, perhaps. It was
not a prestige-status type of school but more for girls from families that
fell on hard times.
Mom took me there 40+ years ago and showed me the large house/school but I've
absolutely no recollection where it is. She used to say that she could see
the Custom House Tower across the harbor in Boston from her room.
Any info is greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Dorothy
