The prior responder is accurate, the image is unreadable. It should be
noted that the town name in which Royal Ellis is indexed is Charlton.

The complete reference is;

ELLIS, ROYAL (1810 U.S. Census)
Massachusetts , WORCESTER, CHARLTON,
Series: M252 Roll: 22 Page: 34

It is also true that you will not get much additional information of
genealogical value off the 1810 census since it only lists heads of
household.
