Did you look at the page before writting? It says on the top where the
information came from, the book published by NEHGS in Boston, MA 1907.
Yes that is one of the tan books in the Vital Record Series. A lot of
people like you have used them, but many more do not live close to the
Northeast where they are easy to find copies of. the books.
Many mounths of work by many people have gone into getting those records
online, espically the larger towns like Bridgewater and Salem. Salem
with over 2,900 pages is still in process by a great group of typist,
and has over 100 web pages to it now. I only wish that all towns were
done when these books were prepaired and published, than they would help
more people.
If you would like to help by typing up the book for a town that you are
interested in the help would be appreciated by many users of the web site.
