I was relooking at this site

this is a site that you need to explore if you are looking for insitutions
rolls for hospitals, poor houses jails and ect this is very intetesting

http://1930census.archives.gov/cityCountySearch.asp

just put in the state and then the city and all the Enumeration
district__abbreviated as ED, it is the area assigned to one enumerator in
one census period; 2 to 4 weeks in 1930.
