Under "Births and Deaths", you will find a link to search Social Security
Death Records. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and choose which
search engine you would like to use. The page will refresh so that the
required fields for the site you chose are listed. You have a choice of
Ancestry, Genealogy, FamilyTreeLegends, Lineages and Rootsweb. Good luck.

Can anyone tell me some free web look ups for SSDI? I have used
ancestrey.com and others before but now they are really not free as they get
you only so far and then requiure paid subscription. Right now I'm looking
into MA ancestors but would like to know if there is a .gov or .org site
that really is free.
