Hi,

I am a recent subscriber hoping to find Miles HIGGINS who worked as ana able
seaman on the ShipTecumseh out of Boston to Liverpool in the 1860s.

For some reason Spybot is refusing to let me enter all relevant sites, such
as the ELLIS Island search site. Is there anyone with an Ancestry.com
subscription who would kindly check it for Miles HIGGINS born c1820(place
unknown) and his birth father, John COLGAN born c1790s possibly in Ireland
who may have emmigrated to Boston??

I would also greatly appreciate any possible census lookups for these two
men in the Boston area between 1820-1870. I know nothing of what census
sites are online for the US. other than 1881.

Any help appreciated,
