Hello fellow listers.
I felt I needed to pass this along in case any of you were not aware of the
shutting down of the wonderful resource.
I would urge anyone who has had a hard time locating ancestors, to take
advantage of the site while it is still in operation...I have had wonderful luck
and have passed info on to many.
Perhaps we can urge Gene not to go away!

NOTICE: After operating for eight years (since March, 1996) GENDEX will be
terminating its genealogy operations on April 22, 2004. All genealogy data will
be removed from the system at that time. Thanks for your support for the past
