Not sure if your Joseph Hull is brother to George Hull both sons of Thomas
Hull and Joane Peson.

The Higginson Book Company reprinted "The Hull Family in America" compiled
by Col. C. H. Weygant, 647 pages, 1913 - I have this book somewhere -- moved
recently and don't see it -- but could do lookups once I find it for you.

They reprint 4 other books on the Hull family:
"Rev Joseph Hull & some descendants" by A. Hull 64 pages, 1904
