Dear Dieter,
Others may write to you hopefully. I won't have a chance to do lookups
for your people on U.S. censuses until Wed. at the earliest, but others
may try before then.
There is a group of volunteer people who do various lookups, including
going to cemeteries and taking photos for people for a nominal fee.
Others on this list might do for nothing. But, just in case....
You can check raogk.com (Random Acts of Genealogical Kindness) for some
people who will do lookups and so on and see who will do for Hope
Cemetery, Worcester vital records, that sort of thing. I understand
that payment may be difficult, if not impossible, but can only offer
this site to you as another place for assistance for now. I found the
site to be user-friendly, and it could be a backup plan to try if the
list can't find who you're looking for and so on.
Good luck and Happy Holidays to you in Germany!
