Hi Leta,

I tried finding Census information for you, but that is a popular name.
There were give or take 100 Charles CHASE's in MA in both 1900, 1910, and
1920. Do you have any clues which might show which MA county they lived
in?
(And, that doesn't include all the Charles CHACE's.)

I think I spotted a Wallace CHASE in MA who was born in Iowa, but his
parents were born in Maine.

If you knew a town or city (or county) they lived in, it would help narrow
down the search.

Betty (near Lowell, MA)

able to find his death date which would have been around 1951-1954 last know
address at that time was in St. Louis, Mo.

Charles b/abt. 1908 in Oregon. The first wife of Wallace was Margaret b/
abt.1870 in Nova Scotia. The family was found in the 1920 and 1930 census
living in Detroit City, Michigan. In the 1930 census, Wallace is missing,
but Margaret is listed as married. I do know that in 1948, Wallace married
my g-grandmother Mamie E. Smith, at the Odd Fellows Hall in St. Louis, Mo.
I have the marriage license and certificate.
