Yes, NEHGS has them in their library. A simple search on Google using
Worldcat's "find in a library" feature shows over two dozen libraries
in Massachusetts that hold the Publications of the Colonial Society of
Massachusetts. Many of these are university libraries and access may not
be available to the general public, but there are many public libraries
included, such as the Boston Public Library, and public, tax supported
universities generally allow use by citizens. I have no idea where you
are, Charles, so I searched for Massachusetts holdings as an
experiment. You could do the same to find holding libraries near you.

To use the "find in a library" feature, simply add that phrase to your
search terms and you should be given a link to a page from which you can
proceed.

The FHL also has many volumes on film.
