You are correct.
My paternal grandmother was Irish, my maternal grandfather was Welsh, my paternal
grandfather was English, my maternal grandmother was Scottish.
My grandfather (maternal) was also Jewish. I married a Canadian girl with a Huegenot
background..me, marry a French girl..now that would have paternal grandfather rolling
in his grave!
I have never claimed my descendants always lived in England, and I am proud of the
multi-ethnic diversity I have passed on to my Irish-Scottish-
Welsh-English-Canadian-French sons.
