I would agree with Mary-Sue that it is Thomas Dill, but I would say it
is Mary Horton, not Norton.

When trying to read difficult handwriting it is most helpful to compare
letters within the document. In this case if one can find a "Hannah"
and a "Nathan," and see how this person formed H and N.
