I received in snail mail some Groton books and the Sept. 16, 2005 issue of
the
newspaper, Groton Herald with full coverage of the Groton 350th Anniversary
Parade and it was moving to see the photos (in color) and the headliner:

"It was a weekend of celebration and rembrances as the town turns out to
remember
the tragedy of September 11, 2001 AND celebrate its 350th Anniversary.
Above
(pictures) Lee Hanson, father of Peter and Sue Hanson and grandfather of
Christine
Hanson - who were lost in the terrorist attacks September 11th, 2001 - served
as
Grand Marshall of Groton's 350th parade on September 10th (2005) The Hansons
were present at the dedication of the playground on September 11th (2005)
which was named in honor of their grandaughter." (note - the Hanson's were
passengers
on one of the jets that crashed into the towers.)

As all other Americans I will never forget or forgive September 11, 2001.
