Hi Ruth,

I just checked with www.mapquest.com and see you are near the NH / VT
border. If you were a person who liked to drive, and you could get over
to Rt. 119 in southern NH (just above Ashby, MA), you could very easily
take Rt. 119 south from there - all the way down into Littleton, MA, and
pick up Rt. 110 in Littleton Center and go directly into Westford !

In that area, you would probably like to stop at the VERY popular "Kimball
Farm Ice Cream Stand" near the Littleton / Westford town line.

... I've tried using my son's "laptop" - which he and his wife use as their
"desktop" - and I don't like it either ! One of the main reasons is that
I have been a "typist" since around 1960 ... and don't like the "keyboards"
on laptop computers ! (I had a hard enough time switching from
"typewriters" to "computers" - but my "trained fingers" don't want to
"do the walking" on a laptop keyboard.)
:o)

(However, having said that, I just remembered that my son told me a month
ago that it is possible to add a regular keyboard to a laptop computer.)

Enjoy your week !

Betty

P.S. I can't believe how much RAIN fell on southern NH, and how much
damage was done by the flooding rivers and streams !
