Hello,

A couple of weeks ago, I borrowed a book from my local Library, which I need
to return this week. I didn't have time to read it, or actually spend
too much time browsing through it, but it looks like a very good "reference
book." (very thick book)

The full title is:

"Towns of New England and Old England, Ireland, and Scotland (Parts 1 and
2 in One Volume)"

(Connecting Links between Cities and Towns of "New England" and Those of the
Same Name in "England, Ireland, and Scotland" - Containing Narratives,
Descriptions, and Many Views, some done from Old Prints" -- (also much
matter pertaining to the Founders and Settlers of New England and to their
Memorials on both sides of the Atlantic.)

Published by Tudor Publishing in NY

I believe my local Library requested this book from another MA Library.
So, perhaps your local libraries can request it, or you can ask for an
"Inter-Library Loan." (Intra-Library?)

FYI: George KIDDER in FL continues to look for "James KIDDER descendants"
so that he can continue to update the 1941 "KIDDER book." He is
especially interested in the KIDDER's in New England from 1890 to 1940.
