VIRGINIA PASSED A PATRIOT ACT BILL THAT EFFECTS WHAT PORTALS CAN EXCEPT AS
EMAIL
aol is in va and has to abide portals in other states dont do this and
problems ensue .
usually the other portals are in denial of their need to change like
rootsweb. but aol is a 900 lb gorrilla and if you want those people to get your
mail you have to comply. eventually portals do after they waste time denying
that they do
other states might have their laws

help. I have checked everything I can think of. I have no viruses.
Originally when this started, the Massachusetts mail that ended up in my
Spam folder were all from AOL people on the list. I am also on the list
for
Mullers and a list for Sass surname which are not coming. Guess I will try
sending to those lists now to see if they get through.
