Hi Charles,

I just went to look for information on Bradford, and found this site:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bradford,_Massachusetts

It says Bradford was a town from 1672 to 1897. (Part of Bradford annexed
off to become Groveland, MA, in 1850.)

In 1897 Bradford became part of Haverhill, so, with the exception of the
part which annexed off to become Groveland, I would think the cemetery
might be in Haverhill. And, Bradford is known to be a specific part of
Haverhill. So you should be able to write to the Haverhill City Hall and
find out if they received the "vital records" from the 1730's !

Also, for others, don't forget that the Haverhill Public Library has a great
"Special Collections Room" on their top floor !

... I just went back to find more web pages about the former town of
Bradford, MA, and found this:

http://www.gravematter.com/cem-ma-bradford.asp

Here's a page which offers more description of the former town:

http://capecodhistory.us/Mass1890/Bradford1890.htm

Here is the site for the City of Haverhill:

http://www.ci.haverhill.ma.us/

and web sites about it:

http://www.haverhillusa.com/whereishaverhill.html

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haverhill,_Massachusetts

and for the Library:

http://www.haverhillpl.org/

Maybe their Reference Department can offer suggestions!
