From NEHGS Database Vital Records to 1850 it appears that Judah had two intentions of marriage filed. No actual marriage found in that database.

1807 THACHER Judah (Thatcher) and Polly Howland, both of D., int. July 25, 1807.

Marriage Dartmouth

1818 CUSTUS Rebecah R. of Yarmouth and Judah Thacher of D., int. Oct. 30, 1818. Marriage Dartmouth

1818 THACHER Judah of D. and Rebecah R. Custus of Yarmoth, int. Oct. 30, 1818. more Marriage
