The state copies of vital records also record a marriage of
John Dean and Margaret Smith in July 14 1864 in Boston. John at age 27,
Margaret at age 28. Both from Ireland.
Parents of John are James and Ellen; parents of Margaret Smith are Andrew
and Catharine.
There is also a John Dean who marries a Margaret Lemist on April 26 1868.
John is from maybe St Johns, NBor NH (difficult to read); and Margaret is
from Boston.
I did not find a John Dean who marries a Martha.
Hope you find what you are looking for.
