No surprise, Ancestry.com has done this in libraries across the country. I
used to be able to gain access to their data base thru my Library Internet,
but they stopped letting us use the connection. the last communication I had
with ancestry.com was a request to subscribe and send in any of my genealogy
I wanted to. I told them that when they DOCUMENT the sources used, and let
subscribers find the person who has sent in the information so contact can be
made, and not go thru them at their whim, I might consider a subscription.
I wouldn't subscribe now for any thing more than $5.00 per year, that is
what I consider their information is worth. John in KS
