Inquiry from Australia. Does the Savage Dictionary list any of the McCurdy
family. Earliest record seems to be a McCurdy born in Dedham in 1676, no
other details relating to him/her. Researching my wife's American ancestors,
positive evidence dates back to a marriage between Thomas McCurdy and Jane
Kilpatrick in 1730 at Bristol, Maine. Any help/suggestions will be greatly
appreciated. Best wishes to all from 'Down Under'. James T.
