Nathaniel Bright m. Ann Bowman, dau. of Capt. Nathaniel Bowman and his wife,
Anne (Barnard)
Bowman. He died Dec 28, 1737, and his widow m. (2) Oct 6, 1741, Richard
Clarke of Watertown as
his 2nd wife. Children:

1. Ann Bright b. Feb 27, 1715-16; m. July 16, 1736, Daniel Brown of
Lexington b. Dec. 21,
1703, son of Deacon Joseph Brown, first of Watertown, afterwards of
Lexington and had ten
children.
2. Nathaniel Bright b. June 22, 1718; died Oct. 18, 1754.
3. Hannah Bright b. April 26, 1720; died the next April.
4. Hannah Bright (again) b. Jan 15, 1722; m. Oct 4, 1744, Amos Bond.
5. Sarah Bright b. Dec 23, 1726; m. Thomas Clarke.
6. Mary Bright b. Apr. 6, 1731 m. Nov 29, 1753, David Bemis by whom she had
9 children.

Joseph Bright m. Elizabeth ____. Children:

1. Josiah Bright b. Oct 19, 1731.
2. Elizabeth Bright b. Aug 11, 1734; d. Sept 18, 1812; m. Oct 15, 1760,
Capt. Ebenezer Mason.

Ebenezer Mason who m. Oct 15, 1760, Elizabeth Bright and moved to Spencer in
the autumn of
1764. He was a Captain in the Revolutionary War and was often employed in
civil offices of
responsibility.

He died Mar 26, 1798 and his widow died Sept. 18, 1812. (see also Draper's
Hist. of
Spencer, pp.37 and 142). Children:
1. Ebenezer Mason b. at Watertown Feb 18, 1761; m. at Spencer, Dec 22, 1785,
Judith White. He m. (2) Sept 2, 1794, Sally Beers.
2. William Mason b. at Watertown, Nov 30, 1762; m. July 7, 1791, Nancy
White.
3. Enoch Mason b. at Watertown, July 22, 1764; m. July 15, 1790, Elizabeth
Biscoe.
4. Elliot Mason b. at Spencer, Mar. 23, 1766.
5. Elizabeth Mason b. Aug 18, 1772; m. Feb. 23, 1809, Moses Hall.
6. Joseph Mason b. Dec 15, 1774; m. Mar 11, 1802, Elizabeth White.
7. Susanna Mason b. Sept 9, 1777.
8. Isaac Mason b. Feb 5, 1782; m. Feb 19, 1805, Asenath Prouty.
3. Abigail Bright b. Feb 25, 1738 m. William Soden of Cambridge.

(Reed) Stone of Sudbury, grandaughter of Deacon Samuel & Dorcas (Jones)
Stone and gr.gr.dr.
of Deacon Samuel & Sarah (Stearns) Stone of Cambridge and gr. gr. gr. dr. of
Deacon Gregory
Stone of Cambridge. He died Oct 21, 1754 and his widow m. (2) June 2, 1757,
Samuel White.
She died at Watertown May 12, 1809 aged 82 years. Children:

1. Hannah Bright b. Feb 18, 1749; died Sept 15, 1807; m. April 22, 1772,
Josiah Sanderson,
of Waltham by whom she had four children.

2. Ann Bright b. Nov 24, 1750; d. Mar 14, 1784; m. June 17, 1773, Colonel
Amos Bond of
Watertown by whom she had six children.

3. Nathaniel Bright b. Aug 19, 1752; died July 16, 1785.

4. John Bright b. Feb 5, 1754; died Dec 31, 1840. There is a tradition in
the family that
his grand-uncle, John Bright for whom he was named, intended to bequeath to
him, his estate,
but that he sickened and died before the Will could be executed, and that
then the estate was
divided according to law, among his numerous legal heirs.
