Here is an article on the man very few people know about - who was an
important person on .. April 19, 1775:

It mentions that there were several messengers that night. (But, I don't
see that it mentions William HAWES.)

P.S. I'm not finding a page offering a biography of William HAWES, but I
saw that there were several important men with that name.
