I have seen some of the books for various Mass. towns that have VRs to the year 1850. If Boston has a similar book, I haven't found it.

I have found some Church marriage records through the NEHGS CD. What I'm looking for are death records and births.

Where would a person look for a birth ca 1750 in Boston? I'm looking for a first child and usually they are recorded.
