I have the first and second supplements to New England Marriages and the
Ripley/Whitmarsh marriage is not mentioned.
Rev. Peter Hobart is my ancestor and also the ancestor of John Ripley.
If the diary of Rev. Hobart is in the "Register" I will try to get that to
prove the marriage.
I may also have the Boston Transcript and may see what's contained in
that. I attempted to check for a will for Jane's father, but he died
before the marriage.
