Subject: [GENMASSACHUSETTS] Can't find birth certificate

Hello.
I went to the archives today in Boston looking for a birth
certificate for a Sylvester O'connor. On the 1870 census it says he was born
April of 1869. I checked the books at the Archives from 1860 to 1875, no
Sylvester, or his brother Kenneth who was born around 1865. Would anyone know
where I should look now? Their parents were Thomas and Ann. Any information on
this will be appreciated. Thank you.
